After receiving your booking request in writing or by telephone, you will receive a reservation confirmation from us. The booking is concluded by a 20% down payment, which you should pay to us within 10 days. To make the payment easy and free of charge for you, you can transfer the money to our German bank account. After receipt of payment you will receive a binding booking confirmation from us by email or via WhatsApp.

The remaining payment must be made at least 28 days before arrival. For short-term bookings – up to 30 days prior to arrival – we waive a deposit and the total amount is due immediately.

The daily and weekly rental prices include gas consumption. We charge 30 Ksh per kWh for electricity consumption. (Status 06/2020)

The minimum booking period is 3 nights. At Christmas a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.

If you do not make the deposit and/or the final payment in accordance with the agreed payment due dates, although we are willing and able to provide the contractual services in accordance with the contract, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract after issuing a reminder with a deadline and charging you with withdrawal costs.

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival:
30 Euro administration fee per cancelled booking.

For cancellations up to 45 days before arrival:
20% of the price for the booked services.

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival:
40% of the price of the booked services.

For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival:
60% of the price of the booked services.

For cancellations up to the day of arrival or for no-shows without cancellation:
90% of the price of the booked services.

Cancellation during the stay:
100% of the price of the booked services.

We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation / trip interruption insurance.
